Guys thanks, this is great info, but I am not there yet. I can't seem to get the clutch off. I can get a rattle gun from work and try that if that is what's needed?? I have a 4' cheater on a ratchet and can't get the leverage. And I will look into the HF puller as well.
On the fan side, I assume its the same puller to remove the flywheel also?? Where can I purchase the new seals?
One more question, two of the 4 reeds were torn when I disassembled them. I intend to replace them, but why were they torn??
I did not check compression prior to piston removal. I tore into it assuming it would need replacement, although the cylinder, head and rings all looked ok with no scoring.
