2002 36v CC is a resistor coil cart. I assume the solenoid will not click (as it should) when you try to go? If no click check for power and operation of the 2 micro switches. 1st one at the F&R switch, 2nd one is inside the V glide (pop the cover off)

Solenoid must click before you go anywhere, to make the solenoid click you must have 36v (+) on 1 small post and 36v (-) on the other small post.
