this is what i would do , raise the engine mount up 2" and forward about 4 to 6" if possible so when the suspension compresses it does not hit the stationary part of the frame . then get a 8" long piece of 4130 .120 wall tubing in the diameter you need for your sprokets and 2 pillow block bearings and make a jack shaft , say engine sproket to smaller i.e. 10 tooth then on the other side of the jack shaft , use a 53 tooth, then run a chain from that 53 to the 13t on your axle and you should easy hit 70mph with that setup but you may have to go even bigger than that 53t ,
