As I keep pressing the throttle the wheels stop turning until I continue to push almost full throttle. I've replaced the MCOR but that didn't resolve the issue. I've checked the Ohms on the solenoid and I get a reading of 5 when I've read it should be 200-250 for a factory installed solenoid. Would a bad solenoid cause this type of issue?
What's the vehicle serial number? It's possible that you have an Excel system with resistors in the throttle. If the resistors have failed, it can cause your symptoms. When you changed the MCOR, which MCOR did you use? Was there an adapter plugged into the MCOR?
