Go to the Trojan Battery site and check out how to charge new batterys. It almost sounds as if the pack voltage is not up to power yet? New batterys require a 8-10 recharge cycles before new batterys are up to full power.
DONT EXPECT MIRACLES AT FIRST WITH NEW BATTERYS they like cars require a break in period.
