still jerking

I have a 2001 Club Car48volt with new batteries. The car operates fine with one exception. When pressing the petal slowly to move forward slowly the car jerks on and off until the petal is pressed firmly all the way.Already replaced the MCOR!

I suggest you post this in the Club Car Electric area for better exposure to the guys who own them.
