Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

Toe is like all the way out. How did this happen?

Bushings are probably shot and maybe king pins too. Jack up the front end, grab a tire at 12 an 6 and shake it down. Whatever is worn out will be obvious.

Not sure. I've been riding around the neighborhood, never stopping to look at the front. But when turning I have heard popping noises.

I'll put it on the stand and check that out. Something is broken, bent or worn out for sure.

When was the accident?

Never seen a king pin bushing worn enough to cause that much geometry change. That's bent control arms, or bent steering arms on the spindles. Normally don't see if that far out unless it got run into something... curb, ditch, tree, neighbors annoying kid...

No, haven't hit anything. Also when I go to back it in garage, the wheels almost straightened back out. Craziest thing I've seen on a golf cart.

the tire wear indicates you have been driving around for some time with the wheels outta whack

On the upper control arms there are two long bolts (one on each side) that go through the inner ends where they attach to the frame. One or more of those could have come loose, or the inner bushings could be totally worn out.

Pretty much just need to jack up the front end and check everything and see what's loose.

Is there a spindle lift on that cart?

This statement tells me the toe is WAY out in front which causes the tires to try and drive away from each other, jack it up,look for any worn items because it looks like its been this way for a while. adjust your toe to 1/8" close on front and should be good.
