Club car Carryall turf 2 lack of power
 
I swapped out all guts of my 2004 turf2. Motor, controller, noid, fr switch. new wires batteries and charger. I have a full charge into and I have less power than before swap. hi torque motor (didn't care about speed) Any idea where to start would be much appreciated.

Hello Midwest welcome to BGW. So, speed is the same? How are you judging the "less power?"

How many charges/discharges have you done on the new batteries. They have to be seasoned and broken in before you will get full strength. I mean we are talking a significant difference here......
