Toro Workman

Electric Toro Workman 2013 intemitantly not driving
When no drive green dash light sometimes flashes three times and main relay at controller doesn't power up and click on
Code of three flashes means I believe contoller has to high a voltage and goes into failsafe
Not sure what to check apart from batteries and cables to batteries which seem ok
