sport shifter

I bought a billet sport shifter for my 94 CC electric cart
tried every wich way to adjust it and still can't get forward and reverse I can get forward then no reverse or reverse and no forward went by the instructions on the install and no luck anybody got any ideas is there a way to adjust the F/R switch (HD) help!!:help: |

have you tried calling them to ask if there are any tricks........i don,t beleive there are any adjustments for that.....now there might be modifications but thats for someone else to explain.............................8)
