94 Club Car 36V v-glide
 
New to the forum looking for some answers. Just purchased this cart. Brakes were soft when I purchased. Took wheels off and cleaned all break parts and made adjustment on the lines. Noticed some wear on the drums, of which I am guessing is what is causing my wheel noise once up to speed. My question is this, has anyone ever turned down their drums to even/smooth them out???

Replacement is cheap enough ... I have not seen them turned..

Thanks Scotty for the quick reply. Before replacing, I think I will at least give it a shot. It will only be a light skim.

Any opinions from anyone else????
