what the most likely thing wrong and what test should I do if when I plug my Curtis programmer into the controller its self and it does not come on.... it a club car 48V batteries are up. it also wont take a charge even with a by passed charger

Some of the causes listed in the manual state

Batteries have to be fully charged and connections good...What is the pack voltage

Loose cord...Make sure it is fully inserted

OBC malfunction...Bypass it

How did you bypass the charger..
