Ezgo 1994 solenoid replaced cart still will not run
 
I have a 1994 ezgo and the solenoid has been replaced but cart will still not run.
When I test the solenoid with the voltmeter it does not register.

The problem is in the solenoid activation circuit. The positive side of this circuit starts at the charger receptacle goes through a micro switch at the forward and reverse and then through the keyswitch and then through the pedal microswitch to the solenoid. You should read 36 V between the two small solenoid terminals when the key is on, the card is in gear, and the gas pedal is depressed
