Curtis fp8

How universal is a Curtis fp8 and what are the typical values and wiring diagram/schematic? Any help would be appreciated.

Use connector type DT04-6P-E004
Pinouts for single channel with micro switch
Wiring instructions:
PIN 1 Black B-
PIN 2 White 0-5 volts output
PIN 3 Red +5 volt supply
PIN 4 Yellow Micro Switch
PIN 5 Green Micro Switch
PIN 6 NC
