i thought it was year 2013? and they make precedent carts only?

I can't recall exactly when it was. It was either 2013 or 2014 but there's really not a whole lot of those. Nearly all the cart fleets were Precedent by this time and the production rate of the DS wasn't what it once was. DS cars are a dying breed here in Augusta. Very rarely do I even see one anymore.

This thread brings up a question I have had since I first heard of the Club Car Precedent when I picked up an old 84' Toaster cart a couple of years ago. What is the real difference between the two models of the same vintage, Voltage, drive system etc.? Is it just a body style thing, or are there functional differences as well?
