2007 club car
 

Have a 2007 club car #AQ0730-784239 and charger blew. took it to get fixed, it was a diode on side i think, anyway pluged it up, worked for about a minute or two then poped, smoked and died again, blew same thing. any ideas or help, checked for a shorted wire all seemed ok. can someone tell me where i can find diagram fr battery wiring/charge port wiring. thanks for any help

Do you have a PD2 or PD3?
You can buy a charger repair kit for fairly cheap, which replaces the relay, rectifier, and breaker. Those are the parts that typically go bad in a charger.

Crash test dummy has all the diagrams, he should be along shortly...

My pd2 smoked last year, I replaced those 3 parts mentioned above and has worked fine.
