Rear shocks for long travel

I have a 2002 EZGO with what i believe is the stretch plastics long travel front and rear lift. The shocks are progressive. One of the rear shocks is sagging a bit and I have already rubbed the tire and messed up the nice paint job. My question is what shocks can I put on there to support the weight of rear passengers or if with two people maybe attempt to jump the cart and not mess up my body work? FYI the fronts seem fine. Thanks

If your rear shocks have preload adjustment, you could try increasing preload possibly?

Thanks for the reply. I looked at that and it looks like they are all the way to the stiff side. I almost wonder if I just have a faulty shock. Not sure if that happens or not.

you could have a bad spring on there. Have you tried to contact stretch plastics and inquire about your problem? they may have heard of this before and have a good solution for you.

its the common problem with the strech rear kit.... if you want to use there rear kit i would upgrade to a billet marvinshaw shock . you can adjust them with nitrogine air with the big rod ends on them they run $475 a pair

that is cheaper than changing the rear suspension to a better one

Awesome thanks. Those are 16" shocks? How easy is nitrogen to get so that I can adjust them?
