Stability

Newbie here with a lifted G16 running 23x9.5-12 4-ply tires with what appear to be stock shocks. I’m not really sure if the tires are intended for golf carts & they could be lawnmower tires.
I’m curious if there’s a combo of tires & shocks that may help to improve stability in the turns. Mainly on-road use, but there will be some occasional off-road

Can't really tell what kind of tires you have from the photos. On the sidewall are the size/type/ply etc of the tire, as well as the brand name and model.

With tires, you have to make a decision with what you want the most. DOT road tires will give you the best on road performance, wear, and ride, but they will suck off road in anything but grass. All Terrain tires will be better off road, but will not handle as well on road, and will also wear faster on road. Mud tires, well, we know the story there.

So you really want to decide what you want to sacrifice in choosing a tire. No tire will "do it all" well.

Here's a few that I like:

1. Sahara Classic - all terrain
2. Stinger DOT - aggressive road
3. Rhox Grappler - aggressive road

For better side stability you want a tire with a stiffer sidewall. One way to get rid of sidewall roll over is to use a lower profile tire. In other words, use a larger rim say 14" and a tire with a smaller sidewall.
