Golf Cart drag race
 

Dragway 42 in West Salem, Ohio is having there 9th annual Halloween Thing race. They will have a pitbike/golf cart drag race. It will be held the evening of Oct. 12th . Must be 16yrs. old and have val. drivers lic. to race. Carts do not race pitbikes. Entry is $15.00. Cart payout is $200.00 to winner plus trophy and $50.00 to runner-up. Talked to the owners last evening. Said the race won't start till around 11:00 pm. That stinks! But the cart race is mainly a fun race for people that are entered for the weekend. In the past years the cart race was always earlier, around 5:00 in the afternoon. And figured it to be the same this year. I did talk to them about having another cart race yet this year, during the day and will be on a Saturday or Sunday. They stay open till the snow flies. So there is still time to get another race up. I'm sorry guy's, I thought they would at least have this earlier in the afternoon. If you still want to show up for a chance to win $200 , come on out.

I would love to race but I live too far away so be sure to post the results after the 12th!!! :thumbup:

Today is the 12th so be sure to post results this weekend! I am counting on you classycarts; you can't have an avatar with the front hanging then leave the rest of us in forum land hanging. 8)
