Big Block G1 ???
Anyone know if I can put a big block in my G1? I know it has to stay 2 stroke or I'll have to change out the rear and all, I dont want to do that. I do have a snow mobile 2 stroke engine but dont know what cc it is. Thanks.

Re: Big Block G1 ???
For reverse your engine runs backwards. To keep reverse, any engine you
install will have to be able to run clockwise and counter clockwise. Only other option is to change the rear end. |

The reason I say potential for my G-1 engine is I bored her over 1MM and I see massive amounts of room for porting, a huge reed block mount and all kinds of room for a nasty fat expansion chamber. Thats how I get 80mph out of my little 130cc vespa's. Seems to work on them. Anyone got info on a Built G-1? |
Re: Big Block G1 ???
Never did it but I do know the G1 engines can be made to really fly!!

Re: Big Block G1 ???
There is a guy who has gotten some pretty big power out of them. I forget who he is though. He is on BU sometimes. Look for info on the 250 bravo engines for snowmobiles. They are very similar.

Re: Big Block G1 ???
They haul a$$ stock i think my governor is gone, you can tell when it is overrevving too much, but you might want to premix.I get probably about 27mph stock that was with foam filled tires.
