Am I missing a wiring harness for light upgrade?
 

Just purchased a CC Precedent and ordered the LED light kit deluxe - turn signals, horn etc. On the You Tube MadJax video it shows when you connect the brake light harness under the floor in the brake well, it shows a harness with three wires; red,yellow and black with white stripe. I don't have that?

I just have two plug harnesses that plug into some type of module that is also shown in the video (but not used in this application and not relevant). How can I not have this harness?

Any ideas?

Frustrated as this is my first big upgrade on this cart

Post what type and year of cart you have. Next post what brand of light kit you purchased (MadJax has different type of harness). Lastly, did the cart have an existing light kit installed.

Cart is stock and currently has no existing light kit installed.

I’ll report back in a few on the MadJax kit #. Just stepped out for a few. Thanks

The three wires should be coming from the main light harness and come out of the ma8n harness near the F/R switch area when the harness is routed. properly. Check your main harness for these wires. Send pics.
