Violent shaking in rear...-fun riddle
 

Ok, here's the riddle lol. ACTUALLY I NEED THE PROBLEM SOLVED

-2011 CC Prec

- Shakes bad when brakes are applied

-non lifted cart

-new rims and tires/did the same with old rims and tires

-thought it was the brakes so i replaced lines, cluster, and drum on both driver and passenger side

-new U bolts and leaf springs.. and they are tight

-its not a voltage issue

-i have 20 plus cc prec 2011 or newer that i can pull the whole rear end out of and put on this cart to get it to the customer in the morning if i have to but i rather not.. it wont solve the problem

Put old wheels and tires back on and check

It was doing it with the old wheels before thats why i put new ones on
