G1 upgrades ????
 

Hi all, just got my self a G1 just wanting to know of any upgrades goes great when you take off but top end is only about 15mph. any help would be great.

I would check your governor setting. There is a sticky for the info. Sounds like it has a golf course setting.

If it's running good and smooth I wouldn't do anything but that governor. Unless you want to spend some money....call Plowman's Carts. You can get a performance clutch kit, carb jets, and performance muffler and it will run really good and have lots of low end grunt. Probably around $400 or so. Other than that you are looking at lift kits, tires, paint, roll bars, stuff like that. These are fun carts.

It should, but you'll likely have less power at lower rpms.
