Seat foam density
 

OK, crazy question, but anyone now what density the foam is on Onward Club Cars, or where to buy it? I know probably open cell. I have another cart with horribly stiff foam and makes the ride jarring. Love the seat on the Onward and want to copy it. Seat was rebuilt once, they still couldn't match it and told me to bring in the foam for a redo.

Not sure of the density of the foam but you could try a Joanne fabrics and crafts store or a marine upholsterer.
