I want to raise my Jakes 6" lift another inch for a total of 7".

Ok so I bought and installed a Jakes 6" lift. My 25" dirt devils should be here any day. I had planned on running 23" tires but changed my mind after I installed the lift. So what can I do to make 25" wheels fit? I do not want to buy another lift:)

Thanks
Ralph

If you have a ClubCar, you could add a leaf like I did for 1-2" more. I did it to all 3 springs and I run 22x11-10s with plenty of clearance. It wasnt that expensive either. I also have the 6" Jakes spindles.

As I remember it's a 97 ezgo w/spindle lift?

If so...
You could use 1" blocks btwn the back of the front springs and the body,

Another option would be welding some new spring perches on top the stock axle and mount the springs on top, running the bolts down through both sets of perches. (axle clamped in and stronger)

see my txt pic below.

I use square steel tubing, but we have a steel supply company a few miles away, they have any size and will cut it to length.
