nyone ever use a GPS tracker for security?

I am always driving to Walmart and the grocery store on my cart. I only have a standard key for my clubcars. Thought one of these might be a nice addition.

If someone can find a similar device, with NO monthly fees, I'm in!

The monthly fees are a deal breaker for me.
