Well, I've tried two days of keeping it soaked with penetrant and beating on it with a rubber mallet, no luck.

I was gonna order the clutch removal tool, but it doesn't look like the hole on mine has threads.

Any ideas?

It is suppose to slide right off but some areas of the country will rust everything solid.... try driving it on with a hammer. Not hard just see if it will move a smidge to break the rust bond? It is not recommended but I use a pickle fork behind them to put a little pressure on em and then use a 2x4 as a drift & 3 pound hammer to try to drive it off placing the 2x4 as close to the hub as possible ....Now the disclaimer... Of course any amount of force is not recommended and many clutches have been broken by force...... Remember everything is casted aluminum and breaks easily........ new is about $300 list. Careful.

Yeah I've tried beating it with the rubber mallet from the side and also taking a brass punch and hitting it from the bolt hole.

No luck yet. Want to send it to CPP to have it machined and new spring installed if I ever get it off.

What about the bolt hole??? I can't see any threads.

The clutch removal tool your probably thinking of and see in a lot of for sale ads is for the PRIMARY Clutch..it has threads..suggestion..try soaking it with penetrating oil for a day or 2 and then use a heat gun (hair dryer type NOT a torch) I have had sucess with this method..key is to spray oil anywhere you can see the shaft in the hole (the one without threads) AND LET IT SOAK...Good luck and remember that $300.00 figure everytime you want to hurry it up:thumbup:
