Club car is not accelerating only move at a slow pace. Cleaned all the terminals and speed mechanism year 200

Would that slow pace be about 8 MPH?

No 1 mph moves 20ft then stops.

First start with your batteries. What is the pack voltage reading?

52 volts full charge all clean and connected properly. ,we have checked the potentiometer also it has power throughout the cycle when car peddle is pressed. Have it jacked up and it will go forward and reverse but absolutely no pep . Just slow

Here's what I would check next. Check to see that the solenoid is pulling in. Also check that the pre charge resistor isn't getting burning hot. If either of these are happening check the micro sw in the MCOR. Make sure it's closing.

We have a multi step potentiometer not a mcor
