Speed problem
My 2010 precedent has a speed problem It takes off as normal but then either slows down or surges between slow and normal. Ant suggestions as to what might be wrong.Batteries check 50 .3 v Cables are OK and clean. I wire brushed all cables and posts. It first occurred after one cable terminal broke and was replaced. All batteries check 8+v.

The MCOR throttle signal device is failing. Try this, with the key off pump the gas 30 times. IF that fixes the problem, great but, it will return, replace with MCOR4
