ME29 won't go into forward
I replaced the F & R cable and now the cart won't shift into forward. I tried holding the shifter on the transaxle in forward and the cart still wanted to go reverse. I would appreciate any help I could get on here.

did you disconnect the cable when you tried to hand shift it .?

No I didn't. It moved at least 1/4" more manually that with the F&R lever. It felt like I had moved it all the way.

Never let a complete dumbass help you get the hard to reach nuts and bolts. He did not tighten the nut enough that holds the shifter to the transaxle. Now it runs great and shifts great.
