Tuning fork Emblem removal
Hi hard is it to remove the tuning fork emblem on a G22 cart.
Do you new to remove the front body. Seem like I can stick my hand behind. |
Re: Tuning fork Emblem removal
There are "push nuts" on the back of the emblem posts. There a pain to get off and reuse. Much easier with the front body off.

Re: Tuning fork Emblem removal
Every time I try to remove that emblem on a G29 I end up breaking one or both of the posts. If you want to reuse it, you can reattach it with some 3M dual sided auto tape. If not, throw it away and but a new one. It will be inexpensive and will look brand new.

I clip the push nuts off the back. Then use a blob of silicone on back of emblem to reattach, easier, and easier to undo later.

Yes- the pins on the back of the logo will break off if you pry them. I usually let them break and then glue, as said above.
