2008 Clubcar 48V No charge or Reverse buzzer

Thanks for allowing me to join, I am working on my 82 year old fathers clubcar. It will do nothing, I have installed a rebuilt controller and new solonoid, With the key switch in "On" I have 48V at both small terminals on the solonoid and both large wires from the battery bank, solonoid does not pull in when pushing the accelerator. I have checked both fuses with a multimeter and they are good. All batteries have better than 8 Volts.

The charger will not start up like it used to when I plug it in, any thoughts from the guru's would be appreciated.
Thank you!

If you are getting 48v at the 2 small terminals of the solenoid and it doesn't click with the key on and in forward, pedal down, that usually means that the solenoid is bad..
Your tow/run switch...key switch...foot switch..F/R switch are all good and the controller is getting the inputs from them and sending the negative signal to the solenoid..
Does your reverse buzzer work and did it ever work...

Installed new solonoid first thing before the controller.

I did find a bad relay in the charger itself and have one on order. Having 48 volts on the battery bank should be enough I would think.

Reverse buzzer does not sound, It used to but not since the cart stopped going.

Try disconnecting the obc 6 pin connector and jump the blue and white wire on the harness side, not the obc side of the connector with a paper clip or wire and see if the cart runs...

Can you push the cart easily? Make sure the run/tow switch is in the “run” position. Make sure that switch is good.

With no reverse buzzer that’s where I would start.

48v is only 50% charged...Put your meter on pack pos and neg...Key on in forward pedal down...What does the meter show...

That made the cart run like it should, I assume that tells me the OBC is bad?
I really appreciate your help and expertise.
Thank you!
