2002 AQ club car stopped running
 

Ran fine last night with my granddaughters up to when they parked it around 8 last night. Was going to take them up on the property to ride some today but when i went to load the cart it wouldnt move. Plugged up last night and watched the powerdrive charger kick up to 15 amps. This morning I've reset the obc, when I hit the gas I get a buzzing from somewhere and no joy. When i plug the charger up now it just clicks. This cart has new batterys (about a month old) and replaced the mcor with an mcor4 from Mr. David at revolution carts. Was going to check with you guys before I loaded the bikes which will be a letdown for 3, 9-11 yearolds. Thanks

Add on.... got back a few minutes ago and it runs fine. Still no clue.

You had not recently washed it or anything wet had you?

No sir, the girls rode about an hour last night and this morning nothing.

That is an IQ cart so there are a myriad of things that could cause it so if it does it again, lets troubleshoot it and see what is holding it out.

Start with the the solenoid behind the seat - Is it clicking?

If not, we need to see what permissive you have lost. If it is, we need to see if the current is passing.

Yessir, at the time I was just looking for a quick fix to get the girls riding. I'm waiting for it to do it again so I can do some testing. Thanks
