95 club car wiring nightmare
I bought a 95 club car that was done in the 52nd week of the year whether that makes a difference. I kind of went through the wiring and had it running for a while but it has died now and I am having trouble going through my wires. I downloaded the diagram but it only shows one solenoid and mine has two. When I turn the key to the on position the solenoid clicks but nothing happens. I am pretty sure that it is the wiring to the solenoids but if someone had a better diagram with the two solenoids and where the color of the wiring would be greatly appreciated or maybe some advice.

Welcome to BGW
Check out the Sticky on wiring, see if you can identify which one you have. Hopefully an expert will jump in and help. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-diagrams.html any other information you can give about your cart will help. Post you serial number. |
Re: 95 club car wiring nightmare
Looking through the diagrams I really do not see wiring similar to mine due to the two solenoids the first part of the vin is A9552 I will have to get the rest in the morning

Your micros on the f-r switch may have a problem.

Re: 95 club car wiring nightmare
Ok got everything wired back to what I am pretty sure is factory when I turn the key on the first solenoid cycles. When I press the pedal it sounds like the motor is trying to turn but nothing happens. Any Ideas on that
