CC Bat Cable
 

Just changed out on my 2002 cc series bat cables from # 6 t0 #4 the eyelet will not fit through the obc would obc work if i connected the # 4 cable parell by bypassing the obc

Check out Carts Unlimited (Site Sponsor ) For Club Car OBC stud kit . That is the best way to do your cable, Then there is no question if it is right or not !

We used to do it that way but there was about a 50% chance of improper charging. In some years the OBC calculates amperage usage by reading what passes thru it in the cable if you use the bypass method it gets only a partial reading.
In these carts we thought the OBC was shutting the charger off prematurely based upon what it perceived as the amperage usage.
