I gave one of those away, I got it running and the driven clutch broke 800 ft later. It was too expensive from Harley. :(

Sorry guy's haven't done much at all to it since I got it all apart. It's sitting waiting it's turn at my hand. I'll probably not do anything to it until this winter as of now but they may change. NONO sorry about the torque stuff I haven't looked at my messages. I have the book on it though.
Hope this helps sorry for not getting it to you sooner. Cylinder head bolts=17 to 21 ft. lbs Crank case bolts=9-11 ft. lbs. Starters: SIBA=50 ft lbs. Bosch= 30 ft lbs. Hitachi= 70 ft lbs. axle hub mounting bolts 35-40 ft lbs. 1976 and earlier Differential diff. cover bolts =20 ft lbs bearing caps = 45 ft lbs. ring gear mounting bolts = 45 ft lbs. pinion nut = 50-70 ft lbs. axle nut = 50 ft lbs. |
