ok looking for some advice or some parts
 

i have a g-16 limo with a 27hp kohler in it and have snapped 2 axle shafts on the last snap i took a tooth of one of the spider gears. i run around 1/2 on road and 1/2 off should i weld the gears or try and find new ones which i haven't had any luck with (sorry can't figure out how to post pics)

What clutches are you running on the drive and driven?

comet on the drive and stock on the rear have a rebuild kit for the rear that i'm putting on now

Hmmmm..Thats alot of HP for the stock driven, But I guess you know that.:shock:

I'm running a 23hp Kohler with a stock driven clutch and at times I thought it was going to snap. I adjusted the drive for a smoother start (so far ok) :thumbup:
