Yamaha/club car on air

This is what I think is a Yamaha g2 electric golf cart frame with independent a-arm suspension in the front and trailing arm rear suspension, I picked this cart up for free at my campground/resort and thought it was the perfect candidate for full air ride.
The wish list includes:
-12" rims (possibly stock club car precident rims) with a tire stretch
-4 air shocks with onboard compressor and air tank (manual valves)
-mount a club car ds rear body with possibly an ezgo or club car Phantom cowl
-decent four speaker sound system with a small sub
-full wiring harness from a doner cart (due to the fact that it is just the frame and electric motor atm
Basically just a cool low Street cruiser for my campground. Pics to follow

When I had it on the trailer to bring it home, take a good look at how high up it is

I'm working on stripping most of the plastics off to get the frame ready for prep and paint, I've taken off the bumpers, dash/ floorboard kick panel. Not sure what I'm gonna do with the side skirts yet. I will be posting almost daily progress pics and explanations as well as keeping a cost total count of the entire build

Just finished work on the tie rods, before when I dropped it, I had so toe out, so I switched tie rod to inner hole, that got rid of the toe out, but I ran into some binding issues do to the excessive angle the tie rods were at, as you can see in the pic, the one on the left is flipped upside down and you get much less angle and hopefully get rid of binding. The one on the right is not yet flipped

What's the best way to prep a metal frame with a bit of rust for a nice coat of spray paint?

Re: Yamaha/club car/EZ-GO on air

Sorry for not posting much progress pics, things have been slow, the cart is now on stands almost stripped completely of rust and paint, this morning i just sprayed some paint and its looking good. I possibly have a parts cart lined up it is a 2000 EZGO, if I get this i will be swapping the body and electronics onto my frame
