pre charge fault code on 98 Nev
 

I have the pre-charge code when I ran the scanner. I tested the pre-charge resistor and it was 485 ohms which is good according to the manual. the book says its that or the controller but I replaced the controller last year but the guys kids ran the car dead. the question is, with key switch off or out, the resistor gets hot! is that normal?the car won't move even though I see signal change volts at the controller. do I need another controller or instrument cluster? the batteries were charged up individually now at73 volts
