Then I call Buggies Unlimited and they said "can't buy just jets, Gotta buy the WHOLE carb" Guess even they are not right all the time.

Nice to come to this forum for an unbiased opinion. :-D

Oh, we're biased here all right. If your not laughing and having a good time, you have to sit in the shoutbox for 30 min's.  :)

Well if you drill to big you can alwaysa solder it up and start over. But 3/64 is the magic number .046 for G-9 no matter which carb you have.
I tried drilling up to it overshot once bougt more jets yada yada yada you know the story.

When I had the stock engine I tried 4 different sizes of larger main jet. From
.044 to .050, Jim is right .046 is the size you want. :-D

The carbs are Mikuni and the jets can be found online if you can identify you carb. Just Goggle 'Mikuni".

I know yamaha Mikuni carbs. Not sure what ez-go uses. Tom at
cartpartsplus has carb jet kits for cc, ez-go and Yamaha.

NO NO NO E-Z-GO! 01-09-2007 07:47 PM

Club Car uses Kei-Hin carbuertors. Some may use Mikunis though.

Sorry, the jets and sizes I'm speaking of are for yamaha G-9.
Mikuni carbs are on the Yamaha I don't know about the rest.
