Pulling hard left

1 Attachment(s)
Hey Guys. I just finished putting on my spindle lift. I then adjusted the toe on my 2006 ezgo gas to 1/8" and now it pulls hard left. It I take my hands off the wheel it will turn as far as it can. Any helpful advise? Thanks!

Most definatley gonna be a alignement issue. 0 to 1/8" out is the normal setting.

Dbmachine is there another alignment adjustment that I'm not aware of? Toe is dead on.

Put your steering wheel at the normal 12:00 position as you would have it while driving straight forward. Now turn it all the way to the left and all the way to the right. If your tie rods were adjusted properly it should be the same amount of rotations in either direction.

Also 8-10 psi in the tires is what i like to use. Also take the cart around a bit on some rough terrian to let everything settle then check again.

Thank you for all your help. I am currently running 10 psi. I am going to adjust the tie rods a little and hopefully that will solve it. I will let you know. Thanks again DB, I appreciate your help!

One thing is for certain is that it drove good before the lift and now it drives bad after the install. Some tweeking of the steering and experimenting with different alignments is gonna be the issue. We will figure it out.

two items, 1st pull the wheels and make sure the are seating on the hub second check the angle of the spindles ,also you may want to check that you put the bushings and spacers on correctly from your old spindles
