Is this pin #6 suppose to have a wire connected to it? The one circled in red?

It has a pin in it but no wire. #5 has no pin are wire and it's not suppose to. I can't remember if 6 is though.
:help:

Re: Controller

Nope. Always been 5 wires in a 6 pin plug.
Maybe it was for future use that never came?

Isn't it 4 wires in a 6 pin plug?

Start a new thread. Johnnie won't see this but by accident and hijacking another persons thread like this is considered bad forum etiquette.

Yes your right, 4 not 5
1. power (+)
2. reduced reverse
3. 4. throttle out and in

The controller was the one in this picture. I took and cut all the bad spots in the wiring and replaced the 3 motor cables to the F/R with old stock ones I had. Installed a old rebuilt F/R board and cam with 2 new micro switches. The cart will run in reverse only so I guess the forward in the controller is gone and I assume that is what lead to the melt down of the F/R cam.
I spent several hrs cutting and replacing wires. I was hoping to have it running today but, Oh well I guess I did meet my goal because it will run in reverse!
