Explain a little better on exactly what happened. Was it running before you changed the battery. Sorry but I am confused on you issue. Maybe if we know more we can help.

Cart was running fine. I changed plugs battery fuel filter and air filter. I went to start it. Now it just turns over and will not fire up and run.

Spark plugs are sparking
Fuel pump is pumping

Check throttle linkage and make sure it is opening throttle plates wide open. Remove the new spark plugs and put the old ones back in. What do the new plugs look like. Does they look like new and no gas ever got to them ? Can you upload a picture of them ?

All wires looks secured.

Not sure if I’m understanding right

But on solenoid the post furthest from battery has 12.54 volts. The other had 12.03 when accelerator is pushed.

It’s like it is getting no fuel or no spark. Which I’ve checked both.

Both posts on solenoid should be the same. You did install battery in the correct way ? Just asking because it has been done in the past by many people when in a hurry :)
Take a test light and probe the two small wires on the coil. Spin the engine over with wires still connected. Do you get a solid light or does the test light flash ?
