Ds Charging Problems
 
I Have A 02 Club Ds Car In The Shop The Charger Would Not Power Up Power Drive 2 (small Charger) I Jumped The Relay Out In The Charger And The Charger Powers Up Needles Moves Over And Falls Back Momentaraly And The Moves Back To 15 On The Gauge But The Every 10 Seconds Falls Back To 0 Then Back To 15 It Will Do This During The Whole Charge Cycle, Plugged Another Charger In And That Charger Works Fine I First Thought The Obc Was Bad But The Second Charger Is Working Fine Any Thoughts On This Issuie

This problem usually is the relay in the charger. I have had this
problem several times.

YEA BUT IT DOES IT WITH THE RELAY JUMPED OUT ALSO

I would start by looking for a shorted out diode assembly... or loose wire.
