1995 Fuel Delivery Problem?
I recently purchased a used 1995 Medalist. After adjusting the governor slightly I drove without issue about 1 mile, sat for 15 minutes while putting with the kids, upon heading back home began to die and acted as if it wasn't getting fuel ... simply didn't want to go. I was able to run with the choke pulled all the way out. Where should I start to look to solve the problem? Just took out the air filter and the section with no filter, that section has oil built up/puddled in it. I was checking the choke operation and seems to be correct.
