48 volt charger will not charge
 
i plugged in the charger and noyhing happens. i found out that there was a relay in the charger that was burned out so i replaced relay and pluged the charger back in and the new relay fried.

you might have short in your charger or your cart, kirk

You may have a bad cord, use an ohm meter and ohm out parts.
