Hi guys, I'm working on the rear lift now and I've already hit a problem. I got the u bolt nuts off, but for the life of me I can't get these lower shock nuts off because the whole shock moves with the nut when I turn the wrench.
Is there a trick or recommended tool to keeping the actual shock still? So frustrating, time to crack open another beer.

Well I got the rear shock nuts off with the help of a pipe wrench, but unfortunately one of them lost a part of it's bolt, and both are a little banged up. Pretty sure I need to pony up the $35 and just replace them. |
