Precedent surging
 

I recently acquired a precedent, I'm not sure the year as all tags are worn off. I put fresh gas in, new spark plug, new air filter, the cart seems to run good but surges when you have it at full throttle. Through some research it seems like there could be a rpm limiter that could cause this? But everything iPhone seem to be for older carts and also I don't know where it's located. Any suggestions would be great
