Was that killed in NC? 3 weeks ago we were walking around some gameland in Dover NC and seen bear tracks as big as the bottom of a gallon of milk. There's some big uns round here.

Re: 620Lb Bear
Meat is real greasy Tonka. Good for chili.

Be Careful...
Bears, especially black bears, pork (both domestic and wild hogs) are susceptible to round worms that can lead to Trichinosis. Also found in other wild game meat. Cook WELL! Be safe!

Love chili! My uncles, myself and a few friends shot 97 dear last year. When I make meatloaf i use deer and 97% lean beef:thumbup:. Just ran out in September of deer meat. Don't think I will get that many this year. Still need to make the meat last a while! I'm a gym rat so, deer meat is the most purest, unmolested meat you can eat! I also love pheasant and rabbit! On the other hand, I'd love to try some bear with some potatoes! |
