DS IQ new Alltrax fault code.

This cart got flooded a little and the controller was obviously toast when the owner brought it to me. I tested the motor both continuity and with power. Motor ran fine. Installed a new XCT. Cart ran great. Then all of a sudden I'm getting a one green one red code which says open, or short circuit. I removed the motor, cleaned and inspected ( I suspected corrosion or stuck brushes) all looked good. Continuity between A1 and A2, continuity between F1 and F2, open from A to F and open to the casing. Reinstalled the motor, and get the same code. What am I overlooking? I hate to buy a motor if it's good. I'm gonna retest it with power later and see if it runs.
Thanks!

Corrosion in wiring other than the motor? Main wiring harness, batteries?

The main connector at the controller looks great in fact I don't think it got any water in the controller area. I think what took out the controller was they tried to drive out while it was in the water. I'll check come of the other connectors. The OBC connector looked good as well. Could a bad coil on the solenoid cause this code?

Can anyone tell me what ohm reading I should get between A1 and A2, and between F1 and F2? I have continuity between them. I check the ohms and get 2.9.

I removed all the cables from the motor, doublechecked motor continuity. Applied 12 volt to the motor and it runs fine. Hooked the controller back up and left the control lose face up to test and runs fine. Mounted it back and get the same thing. Must be something in the harness, I just have to find it. All looks good.

Test between F1 and F2 and you should get 0.8 to 1.2 Ohms for a Sepex motor

I just got off the phone with Ron at Alltrax, and after a few test that he had me run, it turns out that the new controller is faulty. He had me to disconnect the M- which takes the motor out of play, and I was still getting the code. They have me another on the way. Great customer service!

He sure is. I was thinking bad controller, because everything else checked out. I hated to buy Motor and still have the same problem, and that's what would have happened if I hadn't of called them.
